# Discounts based on user's purchase market / region

You can run region / market level discounts using the Dollar Discounts Rule Builder by using the \`Cart market\` property to set up the locations that are eligible for this discount.

Note that you can also add / combine other rules along with this setting to solve for more complex use cases.\

In this example we are using the cart total computed property to check if the user's cart has a total value above 1000 (store currency).&#x20;
