# Launch checklist

Check your configured customer prices, quantities, signup and checkout before offering them to buyers.

**Test the pricing you configured on your existing products before offering it to buyers.** Use a test customer, an empty cart and your intended storefront setup. Check these on desktop and mobile:

* **Guest prices:** Sign out. Confirm the catalog or Default prices and add a product to the cart.
* **Customer prices:** Sign in with each pricing tag you use. Check the product price, cart total and checkout discount.
* **Volume discounts:** Test just below and at each quantity threshold.
* **Cases and minimums:** Try full cases, extra units and quantities below the minimum. Check that prices and validation messages match your rules.
* **Stock limits:** Try ordering more than the available stock. Confirm the message explains how to correct the quantity.
* **Quick order:** If you use an order form, build an order, review its variants and quantities, then choose **Place order** and check checkout. This replaces any previous storefront cart contents with the form’s order.
* **Wholesale applications:** Submit, approve and reject test applications. Check submission status, customer tags and received emails separately, then sign in as each test buyer to verify access.
* **Shopify Flow:** If you use automation, inspect the matching run and resulting customer record. Applying a tag does not by itself mark an application approved.
* **Checkout:** Complete a test order. Check its totals and confirmation email.
* **Orders created in Admin:** Select a tagged customer and existing catalog products, [enable automatic discounts on the draft](/dollarlabs-b2b-custom-pricing/price-list/draft-orders.md), and check the total before completing it. Ordinary Admin drafts do not need a pricing API integration.

If a result is wrong, use [Troubleshooting](/dollarlabs-b2b-custom-pricing/troubleshooting.md) before offering the setup to buyers. Keep the prices and rules you intend to use; remove test data and undo only temporary test changes. Leave test orders unfulfilled and cancel them where appropriate.
