The Customization Page is a centralized hub that allows you to edit all customer-facing elements of your store from a single location.

Instead of navigating multiple sections or modifying theme code, you can now control:

  • Checkout and post-purchase touchpoints

  • Customer account experiences

This makes it faster and easier to keep your store aligned with your brand.

Storefront Customization

You can customize the following storefront pages:

  • Product Page

  • Cart Page

  • Cashback Widget

How to customize:

  1. Go to Customization Page

  2. Select the desired section (e.g., Product Page)

  3. Click Customize

  4. Edit content and styling

  5. Save your changes


Cashback Widget Customization

The Cashback Widget supports more advanced customization.

Available options:

  • Primary color adjustments

  • Styling updates

  • Messaging changes

Example:

You can change the widget’s primary color to match your brand. Once saved, the widget will instantly reflect the new design after a refresh.

Additional features:

  • Displays the customer’s current tier

  • Shows progress toward the next tier


Checkout Touchpoints

For supported merchants (e.g., Plus users), you can customize checkout experiences:

Supported areas:

  • Cashback display at checkout

  • Thank You page

  • Referral widget block (on Thank You page)

Features:

  • Edit display language

  • View real-time preview of changes


Customer Account Touchpoints

You can also customize how cashback and referrals appear in customer accounts.

Supported sections:

  • Order Status Page

  • Store credit balance (on All orders page)

  • Referral Block (on All Orders page)

  • Referral Block (on Profile page)

Examples:

  • Show cashback earned per order

  • Display total balance on the All Orders page

  • Add referral code blocks for easy sharing

All text and messaging can be edited directly from the Customization Page.
